Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, duties assigned by the head coach, administering all phases of a Division I Wrestling Program, including recruitment and retention of student-athletes, ensuring academic integrity, fostering alumni and community relations, coaching practice and game-day. The candidate will also work to help build the camp numbers as a means to raise money for the Wrestling Program. The candidate will have a commitment to all rules and regulations of Appalachian State University, the Southern Conference and the NCAA.
Masters degree and NCAA Division 1 coaching experience preferred.
