This role oversees marketing, promotions, creative services, game-day presentation, and fan experience initiatives across all sports programs.
Strategic Marketing & Branding
Fan Engagement & Game-Day Experience - Create and execute innovative promotions, theme nights, and interactive fan experiences. - Oversee game scripts, sponsor activations, video board content, and halftime entertainment. - Coordinate special events such as Fan Fest, Homecoming, and season ticket holder events.
Event Management - Collaborate with event operations staff to ensure seamless execution of game-day activities. - Manage relationships with vendors, sponsors, and campus partners for event activations.
Leadership & Supervision - Direct oversight of marketing staff, interns, and student workers. - Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Budget & Compliance - Develop and manage the marketing and fan engagement budget. - Ensure adherence to NCAA, conference, and institutional policies.
