Serve as Assistant Athletic Director, Athletic Facilities & Capital Projects to include:
Work with and have oversight of new construction and renovation projects.
Scheduling of building, create, document, and/or enforce policies and procedures regarding the security and daily operations of the Multipurpose Building, Crane Stadium, and Walton Stadium.
Oversee building monitors to ensure the security of facilities.
Make daily inspections of facilities.
Resolve emergency and/or non-routine situations in the facilities.
Create, produce, and distribute the monthly schedule of operations and the weekly schedule of events.
Supervise the facilities staff to include: hire, train, assign daily tasks, and conduct performance appraisals for all facility employees.
In collaboration with Facilities, Planning and Operations (
FPO
), lead the custodial, maintenance, and set-ups staff performing duties in the facilities.
Manage special events operations for the Multipurpose Building, Crane Stadium and Walton Stadium to include: negotiate, schedule, and supervise special events, including concerts, summer camps, commencements, etc., to include: schedule set up, negotiate and reconcile financial issues, schedule security, sell tickets, schedule personnel, etc.
Bachelor's degree (Specify field(s) of study below)
Bachelor’s degree: Physical Education, Recreation, Wellness/Fitness, or related field required.

Two (2) years experience in athletic facility management required.
