Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience; the budget for the position; and the application of fair, equitable, and consistent pay practices at the University. The full salary range for this position is $85,400 to $156,800/year.

Brief Summary of Job Duties:
The position oversees the day-to-day operations of athletics facilities, athletics fields and grounds, building renovations, athletics event management, and related budgets as well as support of capital projects. Oversight of all Division I intercollegiate athletic events as well as external athletic related events and event management. The role requires efficient maintenance and operational plans, long range development planning, conflict resolution, safety management and close collaboration with on and off campus partners. All duties are to be performed in strict compliance with the rules and regulations of the NCAA, Big West Conference, and the University.
