Position Summary
The Associate AD, Facilities, Capital Projects, and Event Management reports to the Deputy Athletic Director and is responsible for all matters pertaining to new construction, facility renovations, event management, facility maintenance and athletic field maintenance, the facilities operations budget, and is the department’s primary liaison with Facilities, Engineering and Planning as it relates to custodial, deferred maintenance allocations, capital project (new and renovations), oversight, and adherence to University policy in the aforementioned areas.Responsible for overseeing construction projects as well as ensuring all facility standards ranging from student-athlete safety of playing surfaces and team spaces to cleanliness of common areas. This position supervises the full time facilities and event operations staff members and student interns when applicable.
