Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree. Three (3) years of NCAA compliance experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's or Law Degree preferred. Four (4) years of compliance experience at the NCAA Division II level is preferred. Experience with NCAA Applications, including the Academic Portal, Compliance Assistant 2.0, NCAA Transfer Portal, Eligibility Center, and LSDBi preferred. Experience with BANNER and ARMS preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Candidate must possess ability to multi-task, be self-motivated and highly organized with attention to detail, have excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills, and have a strong working knowledge and commitment to NCAA rules.
The incumbent shall have a commitment to ethical practices and represent the university at the highest levels of integrity and fairness in all situations.
Travel Requirements:
5% Some travel expected along with evening and weekend working hours.
