Job Description:
The Department of Athletics seeks an Associate Athletic Director for External Relations. Reporting to the Vice President/Athletic Director, the Associate Athletic Director for External Relations will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of various external units: communications, marketing, development, and fan relations and supervise the department's multi-media rights and ticketing partners. The Associate Athletic Director is responsible for leading all areas to facilitate growth in collaborative manner, increase revenue by developing partnerships, crafting marketing plans and strategies that will promote Siena and its athletic programs.
Annual Salary: $$78,680.00 - $95,000.00

Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree, and at least three years of relevant experience are required, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. The individual needs strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, proven ability to build relationships, collaborate, and work effectively with diverse constituents. Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver's license and insurability at the time of appointment and must maintain such license and insurability throughout the tenure of employment
