Duties:
Apply Now
Oversee the maintenance and management of all athletic facilities to ensure safety and optimal functionality.
Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and event management for athletic events, enhancing operational efficiency.
Ensure accurate and timely communication of sports information to engage the community and promote events.
Participate in strategic planning and development to align facilities and operations with the long-term goals of the athletic department. Ensure compliance with regulations and manage risks associated with athletic facilities and operations.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in athletic facility management, operations, or a related area. - Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices in an athletic context. Willingness to work unusual hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the college athletic schedule.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Athletic Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in relevant fields.
