Reporting to the Head Coach, the Associate Head Coach, Baseball will support the Baseball program by performing the following:

This senior position will support all aspects of the GW Baseball Program and will partner with the Head Coach to execute these aspects:

Recruitment of qualified athletes that will be academically successful and have baseball talents to be achievers on the baseball team. Leads in the identification and recruitment of these student-athletes.

This position is responsible for designing and implementing an effective strategy to coach, instruct, develop and retain current and prospective student-athletes.

And leads in planning and organizing practices and development plans for all aspects of the game for the student-athletes.
