Contributes to the overall success of the University's intercollegiate athletics program by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including representing the Head Athletics Coach in meetings and events.

Supervision
The Associate Head Athletics Coach is supervised by the Head Athletics Coach, however, exercises considerable independent judgment in the management and coaching of his/her sport. The Associate Head Coach may be assigned direct supervision of the other members of the coaching staff, graduate assistants, and students involved in the sport.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of the fundamental skills of lacrosse. Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required  ** Physical/Other Requirements: **
Must be able to push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to meet all general health requirements for the position as per university policies Compensation is commensurate with job responsibilities and scope of duties as defined by the Head Coach, and the schedule availability of the incumbent. Â
