Associate Men's and Women's Soccer Coach (Full-Time)

Brewton-Parker Christian University has an immediate opening for an Associate Men's and Women’s Soccer Coach. The associate coach will assist the Director of Soccer Programs and the Head Men’s and Women’s Soccer Coach in all aspects of both programs, including scheduling, recruiting, coaching games and practices, travel logistics, compliance, and developing student-athletes spiritually, academically, and athletically. Brewton-Parker competes in the highly competitive Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC).

Applicants must be committed to the discipleship of their student-athletes and agree to a  “Lifestyle Standard Agreement.”  The program will be conducted in accordance with all Brewton-Parker Christian University, SSAC, and NAIA policies, and must promote the mission and vision of Brewton-Parker as well as the goals and objectives of the athletic department.

• Minimum two years of coaching experience

• Experience working within a budget
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with computer applications and software

• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and travel as required
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Ability to recruit mission-appropriate student-athletes within scholarship parameters set by the Vice-President of Enrollment Services and Athletics
• Ability to lift and move athletic equipment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport the team as needed
