Overview:
This position is responsible for coordinating and delivering live productions for Athletics and other campus events. This includes gathering requirements, developing an event plan, setup of the appropriate audio and video equipment, execution of the event plan, and strike of the appropriate equipment. This position reports to the Producer of University Events for assistance with event planning, setup and teardown. This position requires a flexible schedule, with the majority of events occurring on evenings and weekends. The position is responsible for assisting with the recruiting and training of student and part-time employees for events and has overall responsibility for the success of the events they are responsible for.
