The Associate Registrar for NCAA Compliance will assist the Deputy Registrar with academic requirements center around athletes and their eligibility. The position is within the Registrar’s Office and helps with university operations when time allows. This position acts as an academic partner for the athletic staff as well.

The Associate Registrar for NCAA Compliance will assist the Deputy Registrar with academic requirements center around athletes and their eligibility. The position is within the Registrar’s Office and helps with university operations when time allows. This position acts as an academic partner for the athletic staff as well.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Deputy Registrar/NCAA Academic Compliance Lead.

Verify academic eligibility for athletes.

Assist with preliminary transfer reviews for athletes.

Serve as an additional point of contact for Athletics staff related to academic eligibility.

Have knowledge about software systems and processes students and staff use then be able to assist others with them.

Help the Registrar’s Office with daily operations and other campus projects when time allows.

Applicants for this position must also possess professional leadership skills and excellent communication skills; an earned bachelor’s degree and two years of applicable experience preferred; Salary is commensurate with experience.
