• Processes all applications for graduation and applications for certificates
• Confirms and certifies all students completing degree requirements at the undergraduate and graduate degrees.
• Serves as ex-officio member of various committees such as Undergraduate Curriculum and Graduate Council
• Maintains and applies all approved catalog changes for the degree evaluation processes and other banner forms as required.
• Completes beginning and ending of the semester processes and tasks, including final grades and academic standings
• Assists in creating parts of term dates for each semester with the registrar
• Assists in a number of banner processes on a scheduled basis
• Processes and submits monthly Clearing House Enrollment reports
• Administers all aspects of athletic eligibility certification and works with Compliance officer for athletic eligibility certification processes
• Assists with other office processes
• Assists with transcript evaluations for TUG and DCP incoming students in/when the assistant registrar is unavailable
• Assists with the academic calendar dates/data entry

Required** Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and build partnerships with faculty and staff.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in a university registrar’s office
• Prior experience with student information systems and integrated database systems such as Banner.
• Familiarity with academic policies, procedures, and regulations in and educational institutions.
