The Assistant Athletic Director for Major Gifts & Premium Seating will be responsible for generating philanthropic support to the UNM Lobo Club through premium seating and major gift efforts. The Assistant AD will focus on the execution of premium seating opportunities for football and basketball and will also identify, cultivate, and solicit new donors to help enhance the major giving pipeline within the Lobo Club. Duties and Responsibilities Reporting to the Associate AD for Major Gifts, this individual will oversee all premium seating opportunities and operations at football and men’s and women’s basketball. Secure new commitments for premium areas on a single game, season and multi-year basis. Work directly with the Senior Associate Athletics Director and Associate Athletics Director to deliver a vision of philanthropic giving under the Major Gifts team within the Lobo Club Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospects at a leadership giving level and major gift level ($25,000+) through in person visits and other forms of direct personal contact in accordance with performance targets set by athletics leadership Assist in the planning and execution of events specific to major gift donor cultivation Utilize donor software programs such as Paciolian, Salesforce and Advance to help identify new leadership annual donors and major gift leads Provide day-to-day assistance in all areas of development work within the Lobo Club, including but not limited to: annual giving renewals and giving campaigns, Lobo Scholarship Fund, sport specific giving, gift in-kind, and special events See the Position Description for additional information.

Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
