Position Summary
The Assistant Head Women’s Soccer Coach serves as an integral member of the USCB Women’s Soccer program and assists the Head Coach in all aspects of operating a successful NCAA Division II program. This position plays a vital role in recruiting outstanding student-athletes, developing competitive soccer skills, supporting academic achievement, coordinating daily program operations, and fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and sportsmanship.
The successful candidate will be committed to helping student-athletes excel academically, athletically, and personally while representing USCB with professionalism throughout the region.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Preference to be given to those with goal keeper coaching experience.

| Knowledge/Skills/Abilities |
Demonstrated knowledge of sport rules and regulations as well as NCAA DII rules and regulations. Superior oral and written communication skills; effective organization and administrative skills; strong computer skills. Knowledge of the goal keeper position and ability to implement a year long training program for keepers.

Serves as Assistant Head Coach for Women’s Soccer program and is responsible for day-to-day coaching of student-athletes. Primarily responsible for teaching, training, and instruction of goal keepers.

Responsible for scouting opposing teams and working to develop game strategy. Assist SID in keeping all media outlets abreast of all information related to the Women’s Soccer team including schedules, results, and statistics.
