Apply NowUnder general supervision of the Senior Associate Athletic Director (SAAD), Compliance Services and Intercollegiate Athletics, responsible for assisting with the direction and administration of all aspects of Intercollegiate Athletics’ (ICA) NCAA Division I Compliance Program which encompasses 6 different athletic conferences. Provide education, monitoring, interpretations, process waivers and provide full compliance support to the below subject areas (Bylaw 14.3, 17, 11 and 12). Assist with various NCAA and conference waivers and assist with investigations and self-reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Minimum Education/Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience, or education and experience.
· Experience working in intercollege athletics.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)
· Working knowledge of NCAA rules and Big West policies, rules and regulations.
· Working knowledge of NCAA Initial Eligibility rules, procedures, and requirements. Skills to analyze rules and apply them appropriately.
Preferred:
Preferred Education/Experience
· Oral and written communication skills demonstrated by a background in preparing reports
· Skills to independently prioritize high volume workloads, handle multiple tasks, and meet multiple deadlines with frequent interruptions.
· Effective customer service skills.
· Attention to detail.
