Job Overview:
The Athletic Administration Fellow works under the direction of the Athletic Administration Coordinator/Co-SWA/Head Field Hockey Coach. In this role, the successful candidate will gain exposure to an array of areas within an intercollegiate athletic department. This is a two-year, grant-funded position (2025-26 and 2026-27 academic years) that is a part of the NCAA Division III Pathway to Excellence Grant initiative. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits.

Full-time employees are eligible to receive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Full-Time employees can earn between 18-23 paid time off a year. The employer covers tuition remission after 90 days of employment and covers 100 % (employees responsible for books and technology fees). The college is committed to work-life balance and has a summer schedule from June through August. We currently have 14 paid holidays, including a winter break.  You will have the opportunity to participate in our retirement plan from day one, and after one year of employment, the college will contribute depending on your service years.
