ATHLETICS ADDENDUM:
As the Athletics Compliance Coordinator for UNA, you will be expected to comply with all NCAA and conference rules and regulations and with the provisions of gender equity as specified by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. You are required to participate in an annual review of relevant conference and NCAA rules and regulations governing your position responsibilities. You are expected to advise the Athletic Director if you are aware of any violation of NCAA/conference rules or regulations in the University's athletics programs. Violation of NCAA/Conference rules or regulations shall subject you to disciplinary or corrective action as set forth in the provisions of the NCAA enforcement procedures and as required by Section 11.2 of the NCAA Manual. Further, you may be terminated or disciplined for any act or omission that may give rise to a finding that the institution has violated an NCAA rule or regulation. You shall also be subject to disciplinary action for violation of any University rules, policies, regulations or the provisions of Title IX pursuant to the policies and procedures governing university staff employees.
