The Facility Manager will manage the daily operations and maintenance of the athletic facilities at Purchase College,
SUNY
. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Oversee all safety and security issues including fire prevention, annual inspections and facility cleanliness; supervise all contractors and vendors providing services to the facilities, part-time student staff, and indoor facility rental activity; prepare work orders and facility orders as appropriate; assist with facility preparation, staffing and supervision for rentals and intercollegiate athletic events; prepare and/or perform maintenance on fields, tennis courts, fitness center equipment, vehicles, and other equipment as necessary. Communicate daily with Internal Operations Manager and or Divisional Director regarding any and all facilities matters.
Position may require evening and weekend hours.

Undergraduate Degree (Bachelor’s) required.
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must have general knowledge of trade skills (i.e. facilities management operations)
General knowledge of rules and regulations for
NCAA
facilities preferred
Candidate should be a Certified Pool Operator or be willing to take and pass the Certified Pool Operator exam within 6 months of employment.
Must have a valid drivers license.
