Baldwin Wallace University invites applications for an Athletics Operations Coordinator in the department of Athletics and Recreation. Under the direct supervision of the Director, the candidate will work with department coaches and staff to assist, oversee, coordinate, and direct the strategies, goals, and philosophy of the BW athletic department and recreation program. Will oversee a variety of administrative, fiscal and support staff activities. Assist with budget control along with coordinating and facilitating various meetings and special events. Will train and supervise other support staff and student workers. Will work with a variety of BW, OAC, NCAA and NIRSA administrative activities and collaborate across multiple campus and industry specific organizations to conduct the business of both the athletic and rec departments. Will conduct the office in a manner that supports and encourages both the university, athletic and recreation departments vision and mission statements.

Qualifications:
Working Conditions: Atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation. Some exposure to unusual elements, heat, cold, loud noise, many people in a small area and carrying objects up to 25 lbs. Some evening and weekend hours might be needed. Expect to work with a large number of colleagues all with varying job-related deadlines.
