This is a great launching point to begin your journey in the sports industry. As the Athletic Ticket Office & Fan Services Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the Ticket Office and Fan Services staff in day-to-day operations. Interns will also be exposed to overall Athletic Department and Game Day operations. Internships with Villanova Athletics will provide qualified interns with an assortment of valuable learning experiences and exposure to all facets of a Collegiate Ticket Office. This is a 10-month internship running from August through May. Interns will be paid a monthly stipend and will work on average 35 hours per week with occasional nights and weekends as needed.

Our collaborative team will work together to continue the tremendous success of Villanova Athletics, one of the best athletic departments in the country!
Conduct market research to develop sales leads for the department.
Assist Ticket Sales and Service staff in business development.
Assist in game day preparation and execution for Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Football, and Men’s Lacrosse.
Develop ticket sales strategies to maximize attendance and revenue at Men’s & Women’s Basketball, Football, and Lacrosse games.
Develop/maintain relationships with various local Youth Organizations and schools.
Provide friendly customer service at games and other Villanova Athletic events.
Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
All duties and responsibilities must be completed in compliance with University, Conference and
NCAA
rules and regulations.
This is a post-graduate internship. To be considered, you must have earned a bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university prior to the start of the internship.
Applicants should be familiar with Microsoft Office and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
The candidate must have a strong work ethic and a tremendous desire to grow Villanova Athletics.
Experience with Paciolan Ticket Software is preferred but not required.
Must be willing to work some nights and weekends.
