This position is primarily responsible to:
Education and Experience
CPR certification required. Skills and Competencies
Engaging interpersonal skills to connect with and effectively communicate with current and prospective student-athletes.
Skilled in communication—both verbally and in writing—with a diverse range of audiences and settings.
Ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures and backgrounds.
Effective conflict management skills
Comfortable presenting information to large and small groups in professional and casual settings.
Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
Competent in using various computer software, including Microsoft Office suite.
