Job/Department Summary:

Working independently, under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, the incumbent will serve as the primary contact point for all departmental financial matters and is responsible for independently developing the annual budget, overseeing operational budgets and expenditures, and the reconciliation of University and Chico State Enterprises financial systems as they relate to Athletics. Incumbent will also be responsible for the preparation of the annual NCAA Membership Financial Report and Department of Education Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act Report in addition to acting as an HR liaison, performing lead duties and providing general administrative support as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

The knowledge, skills and abilities listed above would normally be obtained through a bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent training PLUS two years of full-time administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices or programs.
