GENERAL SUMMARY:
Apply NowThe Athletics Business Manager oversees the daily functions of the athletic division directly associated with its fiscal operations; ensuring compliance with all NCAA and University policies and procedures. Handle the day-to-day business and financial operations of the Division of Athletics, including managing travel and budgetary expenditures for 17 NCAA Division II sports programs. While working closely with the coaching and administrative staff to determine travel needs, the Business Manager procures goods and services including securing bids/quotes and developing Request for Proposal documents. Process Purchase Requisitions and authorize payment of invoices.

QUALIFICATIONS :
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s required; Master’s Degree preferred2 to 5 years of experience of Division I or Division II compliance experience strong working knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines with the ability to apply and enforce excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated interpersonal skills, and be an organized individualDemonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and an ability to establish a good rapport and effective working relationships with student-athletes, coaches, administrators and staff excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates ability to build relationships with students and colleagues across the campus. Knowledge of the NCAA rules and regulations.
