WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Athletics Performance department department at Baylor University is seeking a Part-Time Athletics Performance Fellow - Olympic Sports that will support the mission and vision of the university.

A bachelor's degree and two year of experience is required. A Masters degree is preferred.

_ Applications must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. _

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• The Athletics Performance Fellow - Olympic Sports is responsible for assisting lead performance coaches in the physical preparation of various teams through helping implement sport specific, scientifically based training programs that develop the speed, strength, and work capacity of student-athletes.
• This position will also have other administrative duties as assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
