To provide Christopher Newport University students with a championship-caliber intercollegiate Division
III
Athletics experience in the classroom and in competition.
This position will manage all aspects of travel for the department of athletics to ensure all teams and individuals plan for and safely complete all travel requirements in a manner that is compliant with state, institutional, and departmental policies and procedures.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a dynamic environment
Ability to manage multiple projects at once in an organized manner within a professional environment
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, key vendors, and exercise good judgment
Ability to work with confidential information as it relates to the Athletic Department
Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet and database software

Knowledge of group travel planning
Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Required
Education
: High school diploma or equivalent

: Experience providing administrative support in an office setting.

Starting at $35,487 Commensurate with Education and Experience.
