This new entry-level position helps play a key role in advancing the mission and values of the Iowa State Athletics Department by delivering the ISU brand through compelling, informative, and entertaining broadcast and in-venue productions. This position contributes to the execution and continued growth of ESPN+ broadcasts, and in-venue videoboard shows and presentations.
You’ll collaborate across athletics units to produce compelling live broadcasts and videoboard shows, adjust and load graphics and animations while also supporting the technical operations that make live sports production and venue entertainment possible.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency with core production equipment, graphics systems and scoreboard control systems. They must possess good troubleshooting skills with complex A/V systems. This role can be physically demanding, the candidate must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and maneuver into various positions to handle equipment. This position also requires the flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to support live events.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an on-going basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
