ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Choreograph dance routines that complement the band’s musical performances.
Conduct regular rehearsals to ensure precise and synchronized performances.
Inspire and motivate students, enhancing their dance skills and performance confidence.
Collaborate closely with the band director to align choreography with musical themes and event types.
Ensure safety and proper technique during all practices and performances.
Organize and maintain costumes and any necessary dance equipment.
Attend all scheduled performances and special events.
Create an inclusive and positive environment that fosters team spirit and cooperation.

Qualifications
Proven experience in dance instruction or choreography, preferably with a background in performance arts. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate students. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A background in working with college-aged students is preferred but not required.
