Manage Athletic facilities routine maintenance program, with responsibilities for supervision of assigned maintenance personnel; development of policies, procedures and maintenance schedule for this operation; Assist with preparation of budget; and authorization/approval of related expenses. Periodically inspect quality of work. Oversee and perform preventive maintenance and repair to all plumbing systems and building mechanical systems that are electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic in nature. Supervise and assist with set up of chairs, tables, stage, and anything else that is needed for scheduled games and special events. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. May require working nights and weekends, and outside in all weather conditions.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or other relevant field, or equivalent education/experience plus three years relevant experience in building maintenance procedures. Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures

Supervisory experience needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
HVAC
control experience preferred. Event setup experience preferred.
