Under the direction of BYU's Men's Basketball Head Coach, the Chief of Staff will specialize in helping players enhance their personal and professional skill sets, including brand-building and marketing; work to support players in navigating the opportunities and challenges that come with being a student-athlete at the highest level; capitalize on strategic partnerships, including Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities; work with collectives that support BYU Athletics; and fundraise with alumni and other groups.
