About CCSU’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics
Central Connecticut is an NCAA Division I institution competing as a full member of the Northeast Conference and is eligible for the NEC’s automatic qualification to the NCAA Tournament. Position Profile
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall organization and administration of all aspects of the women’s volleyball program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment and development of student-athletes, ensuring academic progress and graduation, budget development and management, oversight of scheduling and travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with all NCAA, NEC and University rules and regulations

Compensation and Employee Benefits
In accordance with the Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors (AAUP) Collective Bargaining Union Contract, compensation for the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach (Coach I) is at the rank of an Instructor for 2024-2025.
