This position requires working during regular business hours of 9:45am-6pm, M-F, with options to work other events evenings and weekends.
Priority will be given to those than can work mornings.
Assists the full-time ticketing staff during ticketed Athletic and Stadium events to ensure excellent customer service, and sales in person. Collects fees or payments from customers purchasing goods or services. Prepares appropriate documentation to record transactions. This position will include working all home football games as well as other Utah Athletic, and Stadium and Arena events as assigned.
The starting date of this position can be deferred till January when the 2025 Spring Semester begins.
Helps with event operations such as ticket selling, will call, and customer service.
Counts money collected during shift, balances it with tickets or items sold, and submits to supervisor for review.
Provides directions and answers general questions about Stadium and Arena events.
May assist at special events outside of athletic events.
May perform clerical tasks such as answering phones, responding to mail, or filing.
Cleans work area by sweeping floors, wiping off machines and counters.

Six months cashiering experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), basic mathematical skills, and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required. Word processing and spreadsheet skills may be preferred for certain positions.
