Apply NowThis is a nine month position, working from mid-late January through late October each year.
This position serves as a point of contact on all summer camps for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and provides assistance for special events such as golf outings, the Hall of Fame, and will serve as a point of contact with Alumni and Constituent on the Athletics Annual fund. All of these duties are associated with fundraising in support of student athletes. This position also works closely with the Office of Finance, Facilities Management, the KCAC on all work orders to monitor expenses and identify cost-reducing strategies where possible – all with the goal of providing a safe, clean, and functional physical environment for student athletes. Daily tasks will be performed within the Athletics Administrative Office such as directing student-athletes who visit the office to the appropriate resource, maintaining the calendar for the Director of Athletics, answering calls, and managing walk-in customers which include student-athletes, donors, and season ticket holders.

Monday - Friday
8:00am - 4:30pm

The salary for this position is determined by the AFSCME Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The work of this position occurs in a typical office environment. Although infrequent, periods of heavy exertion may occur. Incumbent must have the following abilities:
