This position is critical to developing positive relationships with all constituencies associated with the division of Athletics. This position is a major point-of-contact and communication for the division, especially head coaches, as well as other university departments, pertaining to athletic facilities and events held in athletic facilities. Major responsibilities include game day operations and coordination of athletic events or the use of athletic facilities.

Major responsibilities include game day operations and coordination of athletic events or the use of athletic facilities.

Essential Job Duties

• Coordinate Spirit Hill;
• Hire game-day operations personnel (clock, scoreboard, and score table personnel);
• Develop game-day scripts;
• Fulfill corporate partner agreements (in-game promotions, signage set-up, etc.);
• Coordinate the welcome of visiting teams;
• Oversee athletic facilities;
• Serve as and assign additional game day administrators;
• Enhance the customer service experience;
• Submit NCAA bids;
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required;
• Event management experience preferred;
• Three years of experience in collegiate athletic logistics preferred.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, OR REGISTRATIONS:

• Current valid driver’s license is required;
• CPR certification preferred.
