Bachelor’s Degree and one (1) to two (2) year(s) of experience in relevant area. Relevant experience may substitute for the required education.
The department is especially interested in candidates who have experience in a Division 1 Athletic Ticket Office, as well as those who have experience using Paciolan ticket software.
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This position may require work beyond the normal schedule including nights, weekends, some holidays, and travel.

Job Duties
| Duties & Responsibilities |
Lead supervisor for assigned ticketed sport as designated by the Associate AD, which will include overseeing game day staff that includes temporary/seasonal workers and student workers. Assists in sustaining and selling of products sold through Paciolan, which includes but is not limited to: season tickets, single-game tickets, event registration, memberships, donations, multi-product packages, and specialty items. Serves as a liaison between the ticket office and outside groups (i.e. concert promoters) that wish to utilize the ticket office for their special events. Assists with maintaining and building of manifests for designated sport, event/product testing manuals for all events, products, and memberships assigned to this position. Helps in assisting with daily operations of the ticket office to include ticket sales, parking passes, complimentary tickets, and other essential tasks as assigned. Must follow NCAA Rules and regulations. Responsible for the recruiting of student workers and volunteers for the ticket office. Provides game day assistance to enhance efficiencies. This may include overseeing set-up and operation of customer service and general ticket sales windows at all athletic venues.

Collaborates with Assistant Director, Athletic Ticket Office in training new students and volunteers on systems, policies, and procedures to help with customer service and ticket sales retention efforts. Assists the Assistant Director, Athletic Ticket Office in ensuring outbound calls to current season ticket holders for all ticketed sports are being made to build relationships and help retain them as season ticket holders. This will include conducting daily outbound calls and other touch points to current season ticket holders for all ticketed sports.

Assists in ticket sales reporting for the ticket office to include, but not be limited to: sales lead lists, season ticket sales, group ticket sales and other sales based reports as needed. Identifies and presents innovative solutions and best practices for technology adoption that may lead to cost savings and enhanced customer service.

Assists in idea generation of strategies to market, sell and deliver tickets to patrons through digital formats. This includes searching for best practices throughout the ticketing industry that will lead to enhanced customer service and revenue generation.

Assists in planning operations of ticket office including setting of ticket renewal deadlines, ticket on sale dates, digital ticket delivery dates, as well as parking and online sales. Assists in window sales when necessary.

Assists in developing plans, policies, and procedures to handle ticketing and some logistical issues for post-season tournaments, bowl games, or other special events. Performs other duties as assigned.
