), is seeking to fill a full-time Coordinator of Internal Operations position.

The Coordinator of Internal Operations supports the day-to-day operations of the varsity athletic programs at Trinity College. This position reports to the Associate Athletic Director and contributes to the following areas on a regular basis: compliance, gameday operations, student-athlete success and support,
DEIB
initiatives, and other varsity athletic projects. This role also provides guidance for
SAAC
(the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) when creating and maintaining opportunities for student-athletes to contribute to the overall culture of Trinity Athletics and the surrounding communities.
Responsibilities
Maintain compliance with all
NCAA
,
NESCAC
and other athletic association rules and guidelines. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Software resources & roster management
Eligibility forms and official visits
Education and research for interpretations of
NCAA
and
NESCAC
rules
Advocate for continued growth of internal policies and external relationships surrounding diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Assist with management of Athletics
DEI
Committee
Coordinate partnerships with Athletes of Color Coalition (
ACC
) and other student activities
Help coordinate community service and welfare programming related to sexual violence prevention, alcohol and drug use, nutrition, mental health and leadership
Advise
SAAC
(Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) to seek creative and positive to uplift the Trinity student-athlete experience
Support the execution of all varsity contests and creating a welcoming atmosphere for families, alumni and fans. Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Home event management, conference and championship events, and other departmental initiatives
Bachelor degree preferred with one to three years’ experience in higher education or collegiate athletics. An interest in pursuing collegiate athletic administration is desired.
