Coordinator of Ticket Operations
Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):
Bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher). One (1) year of full time experience working in the programming of activities, ticket sales, marketing, and/or external relations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher) in Sports Management. Experience in a collegiate or professional athletic setting. Experience working with ticketing software. Box office experience.

Brief Description of Duties:
The Coordinator of Ticket Operations will help manage the overall ticket operations for the Department of Athletics. This position will aid in the execution of annual season ticket and group ticket plans in sports of football, men’s and women’s basketball and men’s lacrosse. This includes the coordination of all ticket allocations and distributions, reconciliation of all ticket accounts, athletic event ticket sales and operations including event staffing as it specifically relates to the ticketing operation.

Special Notes:
This is a full-time appointment. FLSA Non Exempt position, eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA.
In addition to the employee's base salary, this position is eligible for $3,400 UUP annual location pay, paid biweekly.
Evening and weekend work will be required at times.
