Coordinator of Video and Player Development
Reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the Coordinator of Video and Player Development is responsible for planning, editing, producing, and compiling all video packaging utilized by the women’s basketball coaching staff for scouting, recruiting, and game preparation purposes.
Candidates must be willing and able to organize and handle all aspects of administration and adhere to the rules and regulations of Long Island University and the NCAA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Plans, edits, produces, and compiles all video packaging utilized by the women’s basketball coaching staff for scouting, recruiting, and game preparation.
• Assists with player development through on-court skill workouts and film sessions.
• Maintains a strong working relationship with all women’s basketball coaching staff members.
• Participates frequently in staff meetings, strategy sessions, and in-game discussions.
• Represents the women’s basketball program, Long Island University, and the Northeast Conference (NEC).
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum relevant work experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
