Job Summary

The Coordinator, Sales & Service is responsible for increasing ticket sales and revenue through the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives for Lamar University Athletics. Reporting to the Manager of Sales & Service, this position conducts direct sales of season tickets, mini plans, and group packages, while also supporting ticket operations and ensuring compliance with NCAA, Southland Conference, and institutional regulations.

Essential Job Functions

Coordinate and Execute Ticket Sales Strategies:

  • Generate ticket revenue via high-volume outbound calls, plus e-mails, texts, stadium tours, and in-person presentations.
  • Renew, upsell, and cross-sell the season-ticket base; manage prospect list in ticketing CRM.
  • Sell season, mini-plan, group, single-game, and stand-alone donations for all ticketed sports.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics, including calls made, tickets sold, and revenue generated.
