The UMBC Athletics department is a motivated & energetic team member who will be responsible for all phases of UMBC Athletics ticketing and a vital member of the marketing and ticketing operation for the department. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly fit into a group responsible for marketing, ticketing, and external operations. Additionally, this position is responsible for generating new business
revenue through group ticket sales and cultivating both current, and new relationships with all constituent groups including season ticket holders, local youth groups and organizations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the oversight of day-to-day ticketing operations, cultivating relationships with current and prospective season ticket holders, creating new revenue through group partnerships and special ticket packages, and contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
UMBC offers competitive compensation. This role starts at $55,000 and has over 4 weeks of vacation for regular full time roles. Tuition remission is also available.

Salary: $55,000 to 62,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
