Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years in fundraising, direct sales, or relevant experience.
This posting will remain open until filled and screening will begin immediately.
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Will require hours beyond normal work schedule including nights, weekends, some holidays, and light travel.

Job Duties

Manage day-to-day operations of the Memphis Athletics Fund (MAF) office, including but not limited to football and basketball premium seating and parking; ensuring consistent and appropriate contact with donors.

Lead strategic planning of major gifts and managing a portfolio of approximately 200 prospects. Set annual fundraising goals, visits, proposals and other appropriate metrics. Coordinate major giving programs and execute donor benefit process. Oversee sport-specific and special initiative fundraising as well.

Oversee the fundraising and development of Name, Image, and Likeness efforts in collaboration with collectives and outside entities as appropriate.
