Housed within Stanford Athletics, the Development Associate is a member of the Office of Development (OOD) which advances Stanford’s mission by raising philanthropic support from alumni, parents, families, friends, and institutional funders. Working in concert with volunteers and university leaders, OOD staff members strive to accelerate Stanford’s purposeful impact in the world. Stanford is committed to a donor-centric approach to development. Position Summary
The Development Associate will provide support for athletic fundraising programs and activities. The incumbent will work closely with fundraisers, donors, volunteers, and other university staff to assist in establishing and maintaining relationships and fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong belief in the importance of philanthropy, a passion for college athletics, a willingness to jump in and learn new processes and systems, and the ability to collaborate.

The main work location for this position is Stanford University historical campus. Open to hybrid work schedule.
The expected pay range for this position is $82,000 to $97,000 per annum.
