Dickinson College, an NCAA Division Ill institution, invites applications for the Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach Intern position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting the Head Coach with training members of the women’s soccer team. Goalkeeper training experience preferred but not required.
• Scouting of opponents
• Video breakdown and analysis
• Attending off-campus recruiting events
• Maintaining regular correspondence with recruits
• Coordinating and managing recruit visits
• Assisting with team strength and conditioning workouts
• Assisting with management of game-day activities
• Assisting with coordination for team travel
• Assisting with all fundraising activities
• Assisting the coordination of team volunteer and service projects
• Assist in management of team social media accounts
• Performing all duties in compliance with NCAA Division Ill policies and procedures
• Assisting the Head Women’s Soccer Coach in monitoring student-athletes for academic requirements, retention, and progress toward graduation coordinating
• Coordinating with the head athletic trainer regarding any special needs or injuries to student-athletes
This is a year-round position that does not include benefits. The yearly stipend is $11,000 plus an $850 per semester food stipend. In addition, the position includes housing and utilities.
