Job Summary:
Reporting to the Head Football Coach, the Director of Player Development is responsible for preparing student-athletes for personal, academic, and athletic development success. Main responsibilities include the following: Work with coaching staff to serve as coordinator of the mentor program and development speaker program; assist with organizing community outreach and charity work; work with coaching staff on Offensive/Defensive analytics and quality control; and assist with daily recruiting processes within Football as allowed by the NCAA, including coordinating recruiting activities during official and unofficial visits to campus. Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions of Position:
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree; two or more years related experience. Previous experience with a Division 1-A Football program preferred. Knowledge of NCAA and Conference Regulations.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
