Athletics Administrator (UH16/61122051/PATH-202400286), full-time position with benefits. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Normal work days and hours vary. Irregular hours. Nights and weekends, travel. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Serve as a primary game operations contact during all NCAA athletic events as well as other day-to-day operations.
Plan and manage the scheduling and logistics of all events and practices held within athletic facilities, both internal and external.
Supervise personnel as assigned.
Oversee setup and teardown of all athletic events and setups, along with performing daily upkeep and maintenance of all athletic facilities to include liaison for Daktronics.
Serve as department liaison to university facilities management pertaining to work orders and key distribution.
Required : Bachelor’s degree. Minimum two (2) years athletic event operations and athletic facilities work. Can include time spent as graduate assistant and/or internship.
Preferred: Master’s Degree. More than two (2) years game operations and facilities work. FBS game operations experience. Experience with Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Working knowledge of Daktronics systems. Must possess excellent communication skills along with strong organizational, problem-solving skills and leadership skills. Teamworks scheduling.
