Job Summary:

The Director of Basketball Operations – Women’s is responsible for supporting the TCU Basketball Program by coordinating and implementing recruiting efforts; assisting with operations.

Duties & Essential Job Functions:

  1. Coordinates team travel by booking all transportation, lodging, securing travel advances and assisting with team needs.
  2. Represents TCU basketball program by acting as a liaison for all administrative meetings involving basketball.
  3. Assists with budgets by monitoring and maintaining a budgetary control.
  4. Implements players/coaches calendar of events by monitoring university schedule/athletic department schedule and basketball schedule.
  5. Assists with recruiting visits by setting up and managing events, both official and unofficial.
  6. Act as a liaison for all high school coaches that visit the TCU campus by planning and scheduling all visits with TCU staff.
  7. Maintains historical information by keeping a statistical database for film editing for coaches and media outlets.
  8. Promotes TCU men and/or women’s basketball by assisting marketing department, compliance and ticket office in meeting goals; providing information and assistance in projects relative to basketball.
  9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
