Under the direction of the Assistant AD for Facilities and Operations, the Director of Champions Hall will oversee all facets of the new facilities constructed under the Initiative for Wellness and Athletics Excellence (IWAE). This includes scheduling, hosting of events, maintenance, marketing, strategic planning, compliance in areas of insurance and liability, and other related matters.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required. Previous experience in higher education required. Previous experience in scheduling high demand spaces, as well as with working with a competitive aquatics center is a plus. Experience with pool maintenance and meet management preferred. Experience with Division III athletics desired. High integrity and ethical standards are required, along with enthusiasm for the mission of Centre College and Centre College Athletics.
Expert communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Teamwork oriented attitude and a desire to work in a fast-paced, highly successful Division III athletic department a must. Knowledge of NCAA and SAA rules and regulations. Additional qualifications include being self-motivated, visionary, positive, energetic, eager to teach, and the ability to foster a team environment is needed.
Certifications required: Adult First Aid, CPE/AED Certification required or to be obtained within first 3 months of employment. The ability to earn certified pool operator (CPO) license in first year.
Physical Requirements:
Limited pushing, pulling, lifting. Lifting could exceed 75 lbs. Mobility on campus is required. Work may include frequent varied weather conditions; Occasional exposure to crisis situations; some pushing and pulling of sports equipment; some lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds; some
