Job Overview: The Director of Compliance, under the direction of the Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics and/or the Deputy Athletic Director, will support and enhance the mission of Limestone University Athletic Department. This position will be responsible for the management of daily compliance activities of the athletic department, including monitoring all aspects of NCAA Manual, coordinating, and monitoring a comprehensive recruiting oversight program, and providing rules education and interpretation to coaches, university personnel, student-athletes, the general public and boosters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Apply NowCompetencies: Thorough knowledge of and commitment to compliance with rules, regulations and policies of the NCAA, South Atlantic Conference and Limestone University; Ability to establish a good rapport and effective working relationship with student-athletes, administration, faculty, staff, alumni, and the general public.
Education and/or Experience: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with one (1) or more years of progressive compliance oversight experience at the NCAA Division I, II, or III levels.
Skills/Abilities: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence in a professional manner. Ability to effectively present information in both one-on-one situations and small group situations to students, parents, faculty, and staff. Must be able to manage a fast-paced, high volume office environment. Attention to detail essential. Computer skills essential. Must be able to work some evenings, nights and weekends as required.
