| Job Summary |
- Eastern Washington University is looking for an Director of Compliance/ Asst. Athletic Dir-Compliance , commensurate on experience, to monitor NCAA legislation, Big Sky Conference Rules and Eastern Washington University policies for the athletic department. The position reports to the Associate Athletic Director, Compliance. The position is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Athletic Compliance Department and alignment with the organizational goals of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at Eastern Washington University. In the absence of the Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance, the Director of Compliance will become the head individual in charge of ensuring NCAA, Big Sky Conference, and institutional rules are followed.

| Conditions of Employment |

| Required Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 years relevant full-time compliance experience or Graduate Assistant experience required. Time as a student-athlete can count for 1 year.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of NCAA Division I rules
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Candidate must demonstrate interest, ability and/or experience promoting cultural competency, universal accessibility and/or diversity

- Experience with LSDBI
- Masters in Sport Management or Law degree
- Working knowledge of ARMS or other compliance software
